A comforting and easy-to-make casserole perfect for using up Thanksgiving leftovers, combining turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and vegetables in a savory bake.

Ingredients

Turkey

  • 3-4 cups sliced or shredded turkey

Mashed Potatoes

  • 3-4 cups mashed potatoes

Gravy

  • 1 cup gravy

Vegetables

  • 2 cups leftover vegetables (green beans)

Stuffing

  • 3-4 cups stuffing

Chicken broth

  • as needed chicken broth

Cranberry sauce

  • optional cranberry sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread turkey evenly in a 9x13-inch dish and drizzle with gravy if dry.
  • Layer mashed potatoes over the turkey, then sprinkle stuffing on top.
  • Pour vegetables over the stuffing, add chicken broth as needed, and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil, and bake 5-10 more minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Dollop with cranberry sauce if desired and serve.

Notes

Use leftover stuffing and vegetables for best flavor. Cover with foil to prevent drying out.
