Instructions
Cook rice and steam broccoli until tender.
Cut chicken into small pieces, toss with oil and spices, then air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, and ginger; boil and add arrowroot slurry to thicken.
Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, chicken, then pour sauce over. Mix spicy mayo ingredients and drizzle on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken longer or add additional toppings like sliced green onions.
