Instructions
In a Dutch oven, melt butter and cook onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in flour and paprika; cook for 1 minute. Gradually add broth and potatoes; simmer until tender, 10-12 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken, corn, red pepper flakes, and salt; simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and remove from heat.
Notes
Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes to taste.
