Instructions
Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Thread chicken, peppers, onions, and mushrooms onto skewers.
Grill or bake the kabobs until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice, garnished with chopped parsley and drizzled with honey if desired.
Notes
