This creamy garlic butter chicken skillet is a quick and flavorful dish perfect for a comforting dinner. Juicy chicken breasts are cooked in a rich, garlicky sauce topped with parmesan and fresh parsley.

0.25cupparmesan cheese (grated)
2tablespoonsfresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
